Angular Frontend Team Lead
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Angular Frontend Team Lead to lead our frontend development team in building scalable, high-performance, and user-friendly web applications. The ideal candidate combines strong hands-on Angular expertise with technical leadership, mentoring, and a commitment to delivering high-quality software.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and mentor frontend developers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Design and implement scalable frontend architectures using Angular and TypeScript.
• Review code, enforce coding standards, and ensure software quality and maintainability.
• Collaborate with backend, QA, DevOps, UX/UI, and product teams to deliver business requirements.
• Drive frontend performance optimization, security, and responsive design.
• Plan and prioritize development tasks, ensuring timely delivery of projects.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and support production stability.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of frontend development experience, with strong expertise in Angular and TypeScript.
• Proven experience leading or mentoring frontend development teams.
• Strong knowledge of RxJS, REST APIs, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design.
• Experience with Git, code reviews, and frontend testing practices.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD workflows.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
