• » Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• » 5-10 years of experience in a DevOps, Platform, or Infrastructure Support role.
• » Strong experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab CI).
• » Strong experience with OpenShift .
• » Hands‑on experience with Linux/Unix systems and scripting (Bash, PowerShell).
• » Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• » Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure and/or AWS).
• » Solid understanding of ITIL-based operations , incident, and problem management.
• » Experience supporting production systems with high availability and strict SLAs .
• » Strong troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills
