. Project Manager – Civil Engineering

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of civil engineering projects in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and stakeholder coordination from initiation through close-out.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage all phases of civil engineering projects, from planning to handover.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in civil engineering, including project management roles.
• At least 5 years of project management experience within Saudi Arabia.
• PMP certification is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Solid knowledge of local codes, regulations, and construction practices in Saudi Arabia.
