Role Description
Ecoryx is seeking a full-time, long-term Human Resources Supervisor to lead its HR function from our Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia office.
In this role, you will supervise and guide the HR team while developing and implementing policies and procedures that comply with labor laws and reflect best practice. You will oversee the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and interviewing to hiring decisions and onboarding, and manage compensation and benefits, including salary administration, health insurance, and retirement plans. You will also handle employee relations such as grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary matters, support performance management through goal setting, reviews, and feedback, and design training and development programs that build a skilled, motivated workforce. Working closely with management and other departments to advance organizational goals and foster a positive work environment, you will also keep employee records and HR documentation accurate and up to date.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including a track record in team supervision or leadership.
• Solid understanding of labor law, occupational compliance, and HR governance frameworks.
• Prior experience working in a consulting firm is required.
• Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment and cultivating strong, positive employee relations across the organization.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate HR metrics into actionable workforce and performance decisions.
