Job Purpose:
A relationship manager supports private account holders to identify banking needs and achieve target according to the approved plans. Creating an account for a new private and affluent customer, Balances growth, resolving problems.
Responsibilities:
• Creating an account for a new private and affluent customer and to identify banking needs.
• Balances growth for Branch.
• Keeping of balances of existing customers.
• Solve any problem the customer may face.
• Attract new customers.
• Follows all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
Qualifications, Experience, & Skills:
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree.
• CME-1 certification is preferred.
Experience:
• +4 Years of experience in in relevant field.
