Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in Riyadh. The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, producing detailed designs and drawings, and coordinating with engineering and construction teams to ensure design integrity throughout the project lifecycle. Daily tasks include preparing design documentation, participating in client and consultant meetings, reviewing technical specifications, and ensuring compliance with local regulations and standards. The role involves collaborating with internal project managers and multidisciplinary teams, supporting design revisions, and contributing to the integration of architectural, structural, and systems requirements in project deliverables.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• 0–3 years of professional experience.
• Good knowledge of architectural design and technical drawings.
• Proficiency in **Revit and BIM workflows**.
• Proficiency in **AutoCAD and SketchUp**.
• Ability to prepare architectural drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and details.
• Basic understanding of construction drawings and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Good design sense and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively within a collaborative design team.
• Knowledge of local building regulations is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
• Previous experience in consultancy or multidisciplinary project environments is beneficial.
