🏭 Pharmaceutical Manufacturing
A leading pharmaceutical manufacturing company is seeking a highly experienced BFS Engineer to join its manufacturing operations in Jeddah Industrial Area.
This is a specialized technical position requiring direct, hands-on experience with Blow-Fill-Seal (BFS) technology within pharmaceutical manufacturing.
KEY TECHNICAL RESPONSIBILITIES• Operate, maintain and troubleshoot BFS machines and associated systems
• Diagnose and resolve PLC, automation and machine-control issues
• Troubleshoot VFDs, motors, relays, sensors, actuators and electrical/control systems
• Support automation and control systems from technical concept through commissioning and safe operation
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to maximize equipment reliability and production continuity
• Review and maintain machine drawings, schematics and technical documentation
• Monitor equipment alarms, trends and operating parameters
• Support equipment validation and qualification activities
• Prepare and maintain GMP documentation, SOPs and technical records
• Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Packaging and other technical functions to ensure smooth manufacturing operations
REQUIRED PROFILE✅ B.Sc. in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
✅ 7–8 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing
✅ Proven hands-on experience with BFS machines
✅ Strong practical knowledge of PLC & Industrial Automation
✅ Hands-on troubleshooting experience with VFDs, Motors, Sensors, Relays & Control Systems
✅ Strong understanding of cGMP requirements
✅ Knowledge of ISPE / GAMP guidelines related to pharmaceutical equipment
✅ Good command of English

General experience in Production, Maintenance, Utilities, Packaging, HVAC, Facilities, or non-pharmaceutical manufacturing without direct BFS experience will not meet the technical requirements of this position.
