Technical/Core Responsibilities and Duties:
• Participate in the preparation of the projected annual revenue.
• Participate in the planning for the development and improvement of new product features and streams and effectively executes the plan following its approval.
• Collect market data and conduct market research and analysis, collect HCPs and HICs feedback, and conduct specialized surveys.
• Contribute to defining and improving nphies and other products/services.
• Analyze collected data for problems and potential solutions.
• Conduct detailed plan and benefit assessments, as needed, to help inform product planning and execute any product specification or features changes.
• Develop the product roadmap and product features and requirements.
• Assist in monitoring the performance of all products and services and propose required adjustments and improvements to existing products that align with the goals and objectives of the BOOT contract and Sehati.
• Align stakeholders around the vision for the product.
• Work with other departments to ensure product deadlines are met.
• Prepare for product release including the go-to-market activities.
• Go to market activities, prepare release announcements and share related artifacts.
• Participate in developing risk mitigation strategies related to HCPs and HICs resistance or capabilities to implement and use nphies.

6. Qualifications & Experience
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or health information systems.
Minimum Experience:
• 2 years of experience in insurance and health care systems.
