Location: Head Office, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

SSEM is looking for a dedicated Procurement Expeditor to join our Procurement team and ensure purchased materials and equipment are delivered on time, in line with the procurement schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
Track and follow up on purchase orders from issuance through to delivery.
Coordinate with suppliers to confirm order acknowledgment, shipping dates, and delivery schedules.
Monitor multiple open orders simultaneously against the procurement schedule.
Identify potential delays early and drive corrective action with suppliers and internal teams.
Negotiate revised delivery dates and expedite urgent or critical orders.
Update and maintain order data in the ERP system (e.g., Oracle) and Excel tracking sheets.
Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and requesting departments on incoming shipments and documentation.
Resolve delivery discrepancies such as shortages, damages, or incorrect items.
Prepare regular reports on order status, delays, and supplier delivery performance.
If you have at least Diploma in a related field, 5+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain, proficiency in ERP systems and Excel, and strong communication and negotiation skills, we'd like to hear from you.
