Position Overview
We are seeking an organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Data Entry Admin Support professional to join our remote team. This entry-level position supports daily operations through accurate data entry, document processing, record maintenance, administrative assistance, and routine workflow coordination.
The ideal candidate is comfortable using computers, spreadsheets, email, and digital systems and can complete structured assignments accurately while working independently.

Key Responsibilities
Data Entry & Processing
• Enter and update information in databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems.
• Transfer data from approved forms, documents, and source materials.
• Review entries for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.

• Process routine data-entry assignments.
• Identify missing, duplicate, outdated, or incorrect information.
• Make authorized corrections and updates.
• Complete assignments within established deadlines.
Administrative Support
• Prepare and update spreadsheets, forms, lists, and trackers.
• Process routine administrative requests.
• Maintain contact lists, logs, and shared records.
• Organize digital folders and administrative resources.
• Route documents and requests to appropriate team members.
• Assist with shared inboxes when assigned.
• Support routine scheduling and coordination.
• Complete additional clerical projects as needed.
Records & Document Management
• Maintain organized electronic files and records.
• Upload, label, categorize, and archive documents.
• Follow established file-naming and storage procedures.
• Review documents for completeness and basic accuracy.
• Maintain record indexes and tracking logs.
• Retrieve authorized records when requested.
• Organize templates, forms, reports, and reference materials.
• Protect confidential and sensitive information.
Data Verification & Quality Control
• Compare entered information with approved source documents.
• Perform routine accuracy and completeness checks.
• Identify errors and inconsistencies.
• Verify basic information according to established procedures.
• Correct routine errors when authorized.
• Flag unresolved discrepancies for additional review.
• Help maintain accurate and reliable company records.
Workflow & Task Support
• Track assignments, deadlines, and outstanding requests.
• Update workflow and processing trackers.
• Monitor pending administrative tasks.
• Follow up on assigned action items.
• Compile approved information for basic reports and summaries.
• Maintain routine activity logs.
