Role Description The Senior Content Associate is a full-time position responsible for planning, creating, and managing digital content that supports Cretik’s products, services, and brand presence. This hybrid role is based in Mecca, with a mix of on-site collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day tasks include researching industry topics, writing and editing web and marketing content, and maintaining content quality and consistency across platforms. The Senior Content Associate will work closely with design, marketing, and product teams to align content with project objectives and user experience goals. The role also involves monitoring content performance, optimizing for engagement, and contributing to content guidelines and best practices.
Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Writing and Web Content Writing skills for creating clear, engaging, and user-focused digital content.
• Candidates should possess solid Content Management experience to organize, update, and maintain content across websites and digital platforms.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present content ideas clearly.
• Candidates should possess strong Research skills to gather accurate information, understand audience needs, and stay current with industry trends.
• Experience in digital agencies or software/tech environments is beneficial.
• Familiarity with SEO principles, content analytics tools, and basic UX writing practices is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a hybrid work setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Linguistics, or a related field is preferred.
