We are seeking an experienced Senior Architectural Site Engineer to oversee on-site architectural works, luxury finishes, façade coordination, and project handover activities for major construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise architectural works, including partitions, plastering, waterproofing, and high-end finishes.
• Oversee marble, stone, ceilings, glazing, metalwork, and joinery.
• Coordinate façade works and resolve interfaces with structural and MEP teams.
• Manage site teams, subcontractors, productivity, and daily progress reporting.
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Coordinate inspections, snagging, and phased handovers.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering.
• 10+ years of hands-on architectural site execution experience.
• Strong experience in luxury commercial finishes and façade works.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, technical drawings, and MEP coordination.
• Good technical communication skills in English.
• Saudi Council of Engineers registration where legally required.
