Responsibilities:
• Lead the development and execution of procurement strategies, category plans, and sourcing
roadmaps aligned with organizational objectives.
• Oversee all procurement and contracting activities, ensuring adherence to approved policies,
procedures, and Delegation of Authority.
• Review and approve complex requisitions, tender strategies, commercial evaluations, negotiation outcomes, and award recommendations.
• Drive the closure of internal and external audit observations, ensuring sustainable corrective actions and strengthened controls.
• Provide expert guidance to senior stakeholders on procurement best practices, risk mitigation,
commercial structuring, and compliance requirements.
• Lead negotiations with key suppliers and contractors to secure optimal commercial and contractual outcomes.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Technical, and other functions to ensure alignment on contractual, financial, and operational requirements.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives to enhance procurement governance, efficiency, digitalization, and process maturity.
• Manage, mentor, and develop the procurement team to build organizational capability and ensure high performance.
• Monitor supplier performance, market trends, and commercial risks to support strategic
decision-making.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Law, or a related field.
Master Degree is preferrable

• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Advanced analytical, negotiation, and advisory capabilities
• High attention to detail with a strong compliance and risk-management mindset
• Ability to drive transformation and manage cross-functional initiatives
• Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in procurement, contracts, or commercial roles, including at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership capacity.
