Site Manager – Entertainment Complex Imaging | Riyadh
We are hiring experienced Site Managers to lead guest imaging operations across entertainment complex locations in Saudi Arabia.
Locations: Riyadh
Employment Type: 12 months Contract
Working Days: 6 days per week
Working Hours: 8 hours per day, rotational schedule
Language Requirement: Arabic required, English preferred
Nationality: Saudi Nationals preferred
On TASC Payroll.
Role Overview
As a Site Manager, you will lead the on-site team, drive sales performance, ensure excellent guest experience, and manage day-to-day operations at a fast-paced entertainment complex.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead, coach, and supervise Guest Associates at site level.
• Drive sales, conversion, upsell, and revenue targets.
• Ensure strong guest experience and service recovery.
• Manage daily site operations, staffing, and shift execution.
• Oversee POS, imaging systems, kiosks, inventory, and cash handling.
• Prepare performance reports and coordinate with internal and venue stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For
• 3–5 years of experience in entertainment, retail, hospitality, guest experience, or photo operations.
• Experience managing teams of 10–50 staff.
• Strong commercial mindset with proven sales achievement.
• Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in a high-volume, guest-facing environment.
• Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and peak periods.
• Fluent Arabic required; English communication preferred.
