We are looking for a technically strong engineer with extensive hands-on experience in ššæš¶š°ššš¼š» šš”/ššµš®šæš“š¶š»š“ š¦šššš²šŗš, šššš¶š»š²šš šš¼š»š³š¶š“ššæš®šš¶š¼š», š»š²ššš¼šæšø ššæš¼ššÆš¹š²ššµš¼š¼šš¶š»š“ š®š»š± š½š²šæš³š¼šæšŗš®š»š°š² š¼š½šš¶šŗš¶šš®šš¶š¼š».
ššš¬ š„šš¦š£š¢š”š¦šššššš§ššš¦:
ā¢ Provide L2 support, troubleshooting and restoration of IN/Charging Systems.
ā¢ Manage network incidents, trouble tickets and change requests.
ā¢ Perform IN Business Configuration, tariff and service class implementation.
ā¢ Monitor network performance, analyse traffic and resolve service degradations.
ā¢ Carry out software/hardware upgrades, system maintenance and configuration changes.
ā¢ Support network integration, disaster recovery and capacity planning.
ā¢ Create performance reports and improve operational procedures.
š šš”ššš§š¢š„š¬ š§šššš”šššš š„šš¤šØšš„šš šš”š§š¦:
ā¢ Strong hands-on experience with Ericsson Charging System nodes:
ā¢ SDP, CCN, AIR, VS, ECMS, OCC, IVR & NgCRS.
ā¢ Excellent knowledge of IN Business Configuration, Tariff Management and RMA Handling.
ā¢ Strong experience with Linux/Unix, Oracle Database Administration and Shell Scripting.
ā¢ Hands-on experience with VMware vSphere, vCenter, ESXi, vSAN and High Availability.
ā¢ Experience with HP C7000, HP 3PAR Storage and virtualised Ericsson Charging Systems.
ā¢ Knowledge of GSM/WCDMA, Core Network operations, IP networking and system integration.
ā¢ Experience with SDP Geo-Redundancy, disaster recovery and network performance management.

ā¢ We are looking for someone with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills who can work independently, handle critical network incidents and maintain high service availability.
ā¢ Previous hands-on Ericsson IN/Charging Systems experience is essential.
