Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee daily Hajj and Umrah operations, ensuring operational efficiency and service excellence.
• Develop and implement operational plans aligned with company objectives and seasonal requirements.
• Supervise pilgrim services, including accommodation, transportation, catering, and hospitality.
• Oversee field operations across the Holy Sites (Mina, Arafat, and Muzdalifah).
• Coordinate with the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, government authorities, and service providers.
• Monitor operational performance, KPIs, budgets, and resource utilization.
• Lead operational teams and ensure workforce readiness during Hajj and Umrah seasons.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, quality standards, and health and safety policies.
• Handle operational challenges, emergencies, and pilgrims' feedback to ensure a seamless experience.
• Prepare operational reports and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
• 5 years of experience as an Operations Manager
• * Proven leadership, management, and operational planning skills.
• * Strong knowledge of Hajj and Umrah operations and seasonal requirements.
• * Experience in managing field operations across the Holy Sites (Mina, Arafat, and Muzdalifah).
• * Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• * Ability to manage large operational teams and workforce deployment.
• * Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and crisis management skills.
• * Ability to work under pressure, particularly during peak Hajj and Umrah seasons.
• * Knowledge of relevant government regulations and Ministry of Hajj and Umrah requirements.
• * Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
• * Strong analytical skills, KPI monitoring, and operational reporting.
• * Ability to manage operational budgets and optimize resources.
• * Flexibility, adaptability, and commitment to operational excellence.
• * Strong understanding of quality standards, health, safety, and risk management.
• * High level of accountability, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• * Ability to coordinate effectively with government entities, service providers, and strategic partners.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher
