Job Overview: ALREHAB PERFUMES is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Jeddah. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating shipments, managing shipping documentation, following up on import and export operations, and ensuring the smooth movement of goods in coordination with shipping lines, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate and follow up on local and international shipments, including import and export operations.
• Prepare, review, and verify shipping documents, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Bills of Lading, and Certificates of Origin.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, and relevant authorities to ensure timely shipment clearance and delivery.
• Follow up on customs clearance procedures and ensure compliance with applicable import and export regulations.
• Monitor shipment schedules, delivery timelines, and shipment status, ensuring timely updates to relevant departments.
• Coordinate transportation and logistics arrangements to ensure efficient movement of goods.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, logistics documents, and related transactions.
• Support logistics cost monitoring and maintain effective communication with service providers.
• Ensure compliance with applicable shipping requirements, Incoterms, and company procedures.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in logistics, shipping, or supply chain operations. Experience in perfumes, cosmetics, or FMCG is preferred.
• Knowledge of import/export procedures and shipping documentation (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, etc.).
• Familiarity with international freight forwarding, customs clearance, and Incoterms.
• Experience coordinating with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs brokers.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple shipments simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook) and ERP systems.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of Dangerous Goods (DG) handling and perfume shipment regulations is an added advantage.
