Job Description
Role Purpose:
To develop creative, visually engaging, and professional designs that support Operations' communication, branding, employee engagement, and strategic initiatives. The role is responsible for translating business requirements into effective visual content while ensuring brand consistency, high-quality design standards, and timely delivery
Creative Design & Visual Content Development:
Develop creative concepts and design visual materials for internal communications, presentations, posters, campaigns, and departmental initiatives
Brand Identity & Design Consistency:
Apply Bupa Arabia's brand guidelines, visual identity, typography, and design standards across all materials
Internal Communication & Campaign Design:
Collaborate with Operations teams to design announcements, awareness campaigns, employee engagement materials, and event branding
Presentation & Corporate Report Design:
Create and enhance executive presentations, dashboards, infographics, and reports to communicate complex information effectively
Design Project Management & Stakeholder Coordination:
Gather design requirements, manage multiple requests, prioritize assignments, coordinate feedback, and ensure timely delivery
Creative Innovation & Design Improvement:
Explore design trends, introduce creative solutions, develop reusable templates, and continuously improve visual communication standards
Skills Description
Education Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic design
Technical Knowledge:
Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign; After Effects is an advantage. Knowledge of animation, video editing, and multimedia content development is preferred
Communication Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication, stakeholder coordination, and reporting capabilities.
Problem-Solving Skills:
Ability to identify challenges
