We are currently looking to hire a Recruiter
Location: Jeddah, KSA
Mode of Work: Remote
Key responsibilities:
• Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various real estate and corporate roles.
• Post job openings on linkedin and social media.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and candidate databases.
• Maintaining candidate pipelines, client records, and hiring reports
• Supporting Saudization (Nitaqat) targets in hiring decisions
