Role:
The candidate will support the procurement process of military spare parts and equipment by handling administrative tasks, maintaining supplier relationships, and ensuring the timely delivery of goods and services. They will assist in inventory management, order processing, and communication with vendors. Perform accurate data entry for all incoming and outgoing shipments. Enter shipment code, quantities and delivery into Microsoft Excel. Key responsibilities include processing purchase orders, tracking inventory, negotiating with vendors, and supporting shipping and receiving process. For localization purposes, the candidate should be a local citizen.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Minimum 1-2 year working experience in purchasing-related jobs.
• Good knowledge of logistics and supply chain management.
• Excellent typing and data entry skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency in English, spoken and written.
• Excellent Interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
