Responsibilities:
• Manages service performance of OCC contractors within operational, emergency and incident response plans & procedures.
• Articulates, develops and updates MMMP OCC strategy in compliance with SAR’s strategy.
• Develops the technical support business plans, KPIs and milestones to ensure it is line with the HHR & Al Mashaaer business plan.
• Investigates and reports operations incidents and accidents to facilitate risk mitigation strategy development.
• Coordinates the recruitment and training of OCC controllers.
• Ensures that the operations and safety procedures, policies and rules are followed by all OCC staff.
• Coordinates with the competency and compliance team to develop training needs to enable knowledge transfer for in-house OCC control operations
• Acts as liaison with emergency services and OCC contractors to ensure that they are fully aware of how to access the railway safely through agreed procedures.
• Schedules regular inspections to conduct regular audits to ensure safety and health policies, procedures and regulations are followed but the OCC contractors.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, industrial, civil, or electrical engineering.
Experience:
• A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience with at least 3 years in a similar role.
