PROMISE — الرياض - منطقة الرياض — دوام كامل
About the Role
PROMISE is building its business setup practice in Riyadh and is looking for an experienced Business Setup Consultant to be one of the first members of the team. You will own the full company setup journey for local and foreign investors, from the first advisory conversation through MISA licensing, Commercial Registration and post-incorporation setup. You will be the client’s main point of contact and work directly with Saudi government authorities. This role suits someone who can run cases end-to-end with little supervision, advise clients with confidence, and help shape how the service is delivered as the team grows.
Responsibilities
Client Advisory
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, from the first consultation through to case closure.
• Advise investors on entity types, foreign ownership options, licensing requirements, costs and timelines.
• Lead client meetings and calls, explain requirements clearly, and build long-term client relationships.
• Keep clients updated on progress and resolve missing documents and delays before they hold up the case.
Incorporation & Licensing
• Manage company setup end-to-end for local and foreign clients, from choosing the entity to issuing licenses.
• Handle MISA investment licenses and foreign-ownership approvals.
• Handle Commercial Registration (CR) issuance, amendments, renewals and cancellations.
• Prepare, review and submit Articles of Association, resolutions, powers of attorney and supporting documents.
• Arrange chamber of commerce registration, municipal (Balady) licenses and sector-specific licenses.
Post-Incorporation Setup
• Coordinate ZATCA, GOSI, Qiwa, Muqeem and national address registration.
• Support bank account opening, Nitaqat and visa-quota setup, and document attestation.
• Handle corporate amendments, ownership changes and license renewals.
Government Relations & Compliance
• Liaise with the Ministry of Commerce / Saudi Business Center, MISA, chambers of commerce, municipalities and sector regulators.
• Use government platforms directly and ensure submissions are accurate and compliant, keeping rejected or returned applications to a minimum.
• Keep case records and CRM trackers up to date, and report on case progress and pending items.
• Protect the confidentiality of all client information.
Practice Development
• Help build standard processes, checklists and document templates for the business setup service.
• Share regulatory updates and practical know-how with the team as it grows.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Public Administration or a related field.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in company incorporation or corporate services in Saudi Arabia, with a proven track record of incorporations completed end-to-end.
• Strong practical experience with MISA licensing and foreign-owned entities.
• Working knowledge of Saudi Business Center, MISA, Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, ZATCA and Balady.
• Good understanding of the Saudi Companies Law, Labor Law, residency regulations and Saudization requirements.
• Able to work independently and own a caseload without close supervision.
• Strong client-facing and communication skills, with a confident, professional presence in meetings.
• Fluent Arabic (essential) and professional English, written and spoken.
• Valid Saudi driving license (regular government office visits); for non-Saudi applicants, a transferable Iqama.
• Experience at a corporate services firm, law firm or consultancy is a strong advantage.
What We Offer

• Direct exposure to local and international investors entering the Saudi market.
